Getting help with your mental health can be scary. I am here to try to make it less so.

Everyone struggles. Especially in our world today. Stress is abundant; family, energy, time, money, expectations, death, life, relationships, and on and on. There are so many wonderful things about life but many of those things come with challenges, fears, and anxiety.

Therapy is a place to talk to someone who truly cares but can also be objective. My focus is you and your well-being. There are research-based methods that can help with things like stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. There is also a huge benefit to developing a trusting and therapeutic relationship with a therapist who has your mental health as the main goal.

I utilize elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, existential therapy, and family systems therapy, a long with elements of other evidence-based approaches. We will use what works best for you to reach the goals you have for treatment.
